We offer both Private and Semi-Private Yoga and Fitness Lessons for a wide variety of needs and abilities! Whether you are looking for a one-on-one Yoga Lesson to build your foundation or deepen your practice; an offsite barre class to pamper your Bridal Party; or personal training to improve wellbeing and reach your fitness goals - Bloom can accommodate you! 

PRIVATE YOGA LESSONS

Private Yoga Lessons are a fantastic way to start your yoga journey, or to advance your practice.

 

Start your Yoga Journey
Have you been wanting to start yoga but feel intimidated to join a group class? In a Private Lesson, you'll receive one-on-one attention and instruction geared directly for your needs and abilities.

 

Advance your Personal Practice
Are you an advanced yogi who just can't seem to nail that arm balance or inversion? Have you wondered whether or not you're practicing poses with correct alignment? A Private Lesson can help you to elevate your personal practice and fine-tune your alignment in a way that a Group Class can't.

Work around Physical Limitations

If you have specific injuries or limitations that prevent you from participating in a Group Class - a Private Lesson might be a wonderful alternative. We'll pair you with a knowledgable instructor who can design a personal practice around your unique needs.

Whether you've been working out for years, or you are new to the Fitness world - Personal Training Sessions can help you to accelerate you towards your wellness and fitness goals in a safe and personalized environment.

Our Trainers are warm, knowledgable, friendly, and caring. They'll design fun, innovative, and accessible workouts that are completely personalized for your unique abilities and fitness goals. 

 

Shake up your Workout Routine and Reach your Goals
Are your workouts feeling boring or stagnant? Are you feeling stuck in a fitness rut? A Personal Training Session is an excellent way to shake things up, challenge your body with new and innovative workouts, and accelerate towards your fitness and wellness goals. Your Trainer will work one-on-one with you to create workouts tailored for your specific goals. They will help you to improve and fine-tune your form - making each exercise more effective, and will motivate, inspire, and encourage you every step of the way.

SEMI-PRIVATE LESSONS

We would love to provide your small group with yoga or fitness classes! Any of our regular classes can be modified for semi-private lessons. We are happy to travel off site and teach a class at your location, or welcome your group to our beautiful facility! A few ideas and options for Semi-Private Lessons might include:

  • Bachelorette or Bridal Party Classes
