Friday, February 12 - Sunday, February 17

“Practice love until you remember that you ARE love.” - Swami Sai Premananda. We invite you to join us as we recharge our inner batteries with a commitment to 10 days of yoga, meditation, and self love! This past year has been challenging in so many ways, and many of us are experiencing fatigue, isolation, and burn out. This 10 Day Series was designed to help you carve out space for self care, and nurture the spark of light, creativity, and joy within you!

 

Each day of the Series will feature a brand new Lesson that you can complete at your own pace. Lessons will include soothing Yoga Flows, beautiful Guided Meditations, inspiring Coaching Sessions, writing prompts, and more - all created with the intention of encouraging self love, harmony, compassion, and joy. In addition, we’ll be offering several live sessions, via Zoom, to help you feel connected to your Bloom family. All live sessions will be recorded and added to your Lessons archive after the event, so if you are unable to join us live you’ll be able to watch the replay at your own convenience.

In addition, you’ll receive access to our private Facebook Group - exclusive to Series participants. We’ll be posting daily to keep you inspired, motivated, and connected. Together, let’s commit to the self care we so deserve, and foster a greater sense of balance, joy, and peace within.

You'll receive all of the following:

  • Access to all Lessons (new lessons will be added daily and might include guided yoga flows, meditation, writing prompts, and more)

  • Access to 3 Live Zoom Sessions + Replays (including a Heart Opening Yoga Flow, and two live Coaching Sessions with Julie). Live sessions will be recorded, and replays will be available in the Lessons section - so if you are unable to join live, you can watch at your own convenience!

  • A private Facebook Group for members. We'll post regularly with inspiration and motivation, to keep us all connected and on track with our self care goals!

  • Sunday 2/14: Meditation for Self Love

  • Monday 2/15: Soothing Self-Care Gentle Yoga Flow 

  • Tuesday 2/16: LIVE Coaching Session with Julie at 9am 

  • Wednesday 2/17: Stretch and Flow - Vin + Yin Yoga 

  • Thursday 2/18: Guided LovingKindness Meditation 

  • Friday 2/19: Calming Multi Level Flow 

  • Saturday 2/20: LIVE Coaching Session with Julie at 9am

  • Sunday 2/21: Lazy Day Gentle Yoga Flow 

This Series will be held from Friday, February 12 - Sunday, February 17!

Total cost is just $25 - including all 10 days of content, live zoom sessions (plus replays of live sessions for those who can't join live), and a private Facebook Group exclusive to participants.
