"COVID hit the planet like a freak winter thunderstorm in New England. Families huddled together, schools and business closed, hospitals were bursting at the seams and the world felt like it stopped spinning….except for my corner of serenity that I call Bloom Yoga. The three woman business owners busted the covid scene with online re-creations of their services, exceeding my personal needs and those of others, I’m sure. Bloom Yoga Online became my go-to exercise platform. I get to say good morning or good afternoon to three of my favorite people almost everyday. They talk to me as if I’m in the studio. Bloom Yoga Online is a monthly online subscription (kind of like Netflix, but for your favorite Bloom classes!)

All classes are led by Bloom's owners: Julie, Bethany, and Morgan. We offer heartfelt and thoughtful yoga flows and
workouts, with a warm, welcoming, and body positive approach.
There is no ongoing commitment, and you can cancel your membership at anytime

How do I get started with an online subscription?
Click here to access our online classes! Our online subscription is hosted through a website called Namastream. Once you get to the Namastream site, please create a new account, then purchase your monthly subscription. You can start practicing right away with our on-demand videos!
I’ve trying to login with my normal username and password and it’s not working. What should I do?
Please note that our online membership platform (which is hosted through a website called Namastream) is 100% separate from our MindBody system. The username and password that you have been using to sign up for classes at Bloom will NOT work on our online platform. Instead, you'll need to create a brand new account through Namastream. Click here to begin.
I have an account credit at Bloom. How do I use that towards my purchase of online classes?
If you would like to use your account credit to pay for your Bloom Online membership, please contact us at . Again, the MindBody system (where your credit is currently stored) is NOT linked to our online platform in any way - so if you try to make a purchase for a Bloom Online membership your credit will not show up. Instead please email us, and we will convert your account credit into a coupon which can then be applied towards your Bloom Online purchase.
I received my coupon from Bloom and entered the code. Why is it still asking for my credit card info to subscribe?
If you received a coupon for one or more months of access to Bloom Online, you will still need to enter your credit card information in order to activate your account. Your card will not be charged until the value of your coupon has run out. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Namastream account. Please note that if you do not cancel your subscription before the value of your coupon runs out, your credit card will be charged. The subscription will continue to auto-renew on a monthly basis until you choose to cancel it. See below for details on how to cancel your membership!
I received a coupon for my first month of Bloom Online. I should still have money left on my account, but I noticed that my credit card got charged. Why?
Please note that the MindBody system (where your account credit is currently stored) is NOT linked to our online platform in any way. If you requested that a portion of your account credit be converted into a Bloom Online coupon, our online platform will only be able to use the value of your coupon before proceeding to charge your credit card. If you have additional funds left on your MindBody account that you’d like to apply towards your Bloom Online subscription, you will need to request another coupon. Please email us at .
Can I watch the classes on my TV?
Yes, as long as your TV supports screen mirroring! Please log in to your Bloom Online account from your phone or tablet by clicking here, navigate to the class of your choice, then mirror your screen to your TV using the appropriate screen mirroring app (this will vary depending on what device / brand of TV you have). Or, if you're using a laptop, login to your Bloom Online account on your laptop and plug your laptop into the TV using a USB cord.
Why is it asking me to pay again? I already have a subscription?
It’s possible that something happened in processing your account. Please contact us if something’s not working the way you hope so we can resolve it together.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, log in to your Namastream account. Click on MY ACCOUNT (located in the upper right hand corner of your screen). Scroll down to view MY PURCHASES. Click on the arrow at the right of your Bloom Online subscription and select CANCEL. You can continue to access the videos and livestream classes until time you’ve paid for has run out.
