Bloom Life Coaching~

Bloom Life Coaching is a motivational, inspiring, and positive program helping you bridge the gap between where you are now and where you would like to be. Clients receive personal one-on-one attentive listening, powerful questions, and introspective support to move you forward in finding peace and balance within your life.  Weekly sessions generally range between 30 and 60 minutes.  During this time, you and your coach can define goals, discuss progress and roadblocks, and put you back in control of your own life.  Through Bloom Life Coaching you can learn to live the life you’ve always wanted to live.

Many people ask what the difference is between coaching and therapy. Therapy tends to focus on healing past experiences. Coaching is unlike therapy in that it does not focus on examining or diagnosing the past.  Instead coaching focuses on promoting change in a client’s current and future behavior.
